Job Purpose: The role involves addressing personal customer banking needs, ranging from queries about banking products to customer account activities. The incumbent must accurately understand and address these demands while ensuring compliance with product and legislative parameters like FAIS.

Duties and Responsibilities: The role includes completing a qualification in Banking at an NQF level 5, enabling FAIS accreditation and access to banking employment across South Africa. Responsibilities involve understanding banking processes, building sales and service skills, information analysis, adherence to financial and regulatory frameworks, resolving client inquiries, relationship-building, and effective time management.
Qualifications:
- National Certificate in Banking (NQF5 FAIS recognized qualification)
Experience:
- Branch Operations experience
- 1-2 years of relevant FAIS qualification and experience; if no FAIS experience, requires supervision
- Previous experience in branch banking or a contact center environment with a good understanding of bank processes, policies, and products
Skills and Attributes:
